HAPPY NATIONAL DAY SINGAPORE!
This is a wonderful relaxed outing for families.
In the morning, me and mick had a good one hour tennis game
at Compass Height followed by a swim with megan.
Next, we had lunch at Kopitiam on 5th flr,then bought some foods and headed home.
Had a short nap except megan watching CD and playing by herself.
In the evening, we met up with cellgroups families of Ande,Stefanie. It was so relaxing ,fruitful day watching them flying kites,seeing the national day fighting planes flew by,played with the dog,soccer, foods, drinks. chatting. Most pleasurely,the childrens are all having great fun.!

Next Level .....
I thank GOD for this 1st Aug 2010 promotion to SSM (Senior Sales Manager).
What it says about title in the bible? Matt 23:6-12 .Jesus warns against a prideful seeking of public praise,exemplified by the deisre for places of prominence,and titles signifying superiority.The title themselves may be used as terms of respect or to indicate certain duties and places of responsibility. It is the attitude behind the seeking of such recognition that Jesus condemns.As believers,we are equal and owe our reverance to Christ alone.(New Spirit Filled Life Bible)

1st Mission Trip_17th-19th KL
I've never been to any church mission trip before,although my heart desire.
Its a struggle to leave behind my little princess especially,as she needs me to put her to bed nitely.
Well, lately,i just looked into chc website and chose the cheapest trip and started praying on the 14th July(wed).I prayed very specifically that if GOD bring a direct buyer for me to close 412 Eunos by this week of 17th/18th July.I will go for this Mission Trip!Wow!HE did!So ,i had signed up yesterday.
I thank GOD that i had passed my CES Exam , so i can move on to the next level.Whatever trials come, we have to be encourage and be reminded that GOD sees,HE knows,HE understands,keep on,keeping on,Keep moving!

GOD timing is always perfect and on time.
We closed a deal on 2nd flr, in January,with no lift upgrading yet before the deal.
And GOD brought the right buyer,at right timing,and closed this deal at once.
After a few days,it says the lift will be having upgrading ,but the buyer still go ahead with the deal.Meaning to say that, usually as a buyer,they got to pay upgrading fee,so they seldom consider 2nd flr.By GOD's grace.

Esther 4:14....Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?
Because of this verse, i decided to do a showflat's project called "Trilight" from last year Oct'09 till now.Doing project require commitment to assign duty especially weekend.Amazingly,i was assigned to team C , and one of my colleague is called Esther.During my duties days, i shared with them about GOD.
Of course, i do admit that i have my level of doubts too when i see people in showflat closing deals. I did asked GOD ,did i heard him wrongly?
And i told HIM that HE can't be just put me here and not blessed me.
And its true! He's always faithful! I closed a walk-in,a co-broker deal with buyer.
Its by GOD's divine appointment that i happened to change shift with someone to do duty.
Its about how GOOD HE IS. not because i give good presentation to clients.The buyer came back after CNY again to buy.HE not only gave me this deal but HE gave me the best!! One of the high flr,bigger size units.
Wow! Thank GOD that He did not forget im still in Trilight.Sometimes of waiting, we might feel GOD is silent, or He doesn't care,but HE does! He wants us to surrender and TRUST HIM.

GOD IS IN CONTROL
Lately closed a small rental deal and hdb sales, I experienced the power of GOD,
When in His presence, i don’t have to say much, the HS take over and outcomes belong to him.
Our hearts got to fully surrender and trust HIM that He knows what’s best and want the best for us.
HIS TIMING, not ours. It’s not easy……
